1. How can I make changes to my order?

Simply email us at store@onedegreegoods.com within 12 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your product/design, please also include the URL or name of the new product/design

2. How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

If you have received an order confirmation email from us, your order was placed successfully! However, if there is any error, please email us at Store@onedegreegoods.com.

3. Does ODG accept bulk purchases?

Please send us an email to Store@onedegreegoods.com with more details and we will follow up.
